DRIVE-IN AIRSHOW TICKET QUESTIONS -- Each Drive-In Parking Ticket is per car-load and parked in the order of arrival.  The parking space includes an adjacent & equivalent size tailgate viewing area.  Many questions can be answered by reviewing the FAQ's  providing guests with detailed information regarding the 2021 Drive-In Air Show.

SATURDAY & SUNDAY PERFORMANCES -- Performances are normally the same each day!  Scheduled events, performers, teams & activities are subject to cancel and/or change without prior notice -- weather, mechanical, or medical issues may force a team and/or performer to adjust and/or cancel their performance.  Any performer cancelation does not qualify as a show cancellation and/or ticket refund.  ALL TICKETING SALES ARE FINAL!

ACTS OF GOD -- This is an outdoor event — should any local, state, federal, military, or FAA entities determine we can not host the airshow due to matters beyond our control such as Weather, COVID or other Acts of God, all advance ticket purchases will be honored at the next Wings Over North Georgia Air Show.  Under Georgia Law, there is no liability for an injury or death of an individual entering the Russell Regional Airport property.

Front Row Airfield Parking

Georgia’s Premier Tailgate Party - After the great 2020 airshow reviews and to provide a safe environment for air show attendees, the 2021 airshow will continue with the "Drive-In Airshow" format, offering spectators the perfect mix of social distancing and private viewing areas while watching the top military and civilian aviation performances.

Each Front and Second row vehicles will be parked in order of arrival and assigned a 10’ x 25’ space for the vehicle with an adjacent 10’ x 25’ private space for tailgating. The single front and second row spots will have an additional 100 sq. ft. of space. Guests are allowed to bring their own chairs, tables, non-alcoholic beverages, and food. Beverages and food will also be available for sale on site. Portable restrooms will be stationed throughout the parking lots for easy access. Unless the current COVID challenges change, attendees must remain in their assigned parking spot unless using the restroom or purchasing food or beverages.

ADVANCE ONLY -- The front and second row vehicles cannot exceed 25 feet in length!  The maximum amount of people per vehicle is based on the number of manufactured installed seatbelts.  This is for safety reasons, as well as for your groups viewing enjoyment.  For a full list of permitted and restricted items and rules, please visit Wings Over North Georgia FAQ Page for more details.

Attendees must remain in their assigned parking/tailgating spot unless using the restroom or purchasing food or beverages.

NEW PHOTO CLUB PARKING "HERKY HILL VIEWING" AREA -- "ADVANCE ONLY" -- The 2021 Wings Over North Georgia airshow offers a limited number of photographer "Weekend Only" passes for our non-media photographer guests.  The weekend passes are good for the Fri (Rehearsal), Sat and Sun (Performances). The Photo Club Pass offers the photographer the elevated "Herky Hill" north viewing area, including dedicated portable restrooms.  Photographers can get exclusive access to Friday’s rehearsal with dedicated access in and out of the airshow venue. The new North Herky Hill viewing location provides photographer’s with an elevated location (360 Degree Views) adjacent to the Blue Angels show center.  Photographers can shoot the best photos during the team performances.  

Each Photo Club Parking Pass will be parked in order of arrival and assigned a 10’ x 20’ space for the vehicle with an adjacent 10’ x 20’ private space for shooting & tailgating. Photographers are allowed to bring their own chairs, tables, non-alcoholic beverages, and food.  Beverages and food will also be available for sale on site. Portable restrooms will be stationed throughout Herk Hill viewing area for easy access. Unless the current COVID challenges change, attendees must remain in their assigned parking spot unless using the restroom or purchasing food or beverages.
