2026 Exhibitor Agreement

The 2026 Wings Over North Georgia Airshow returns to Rome’s Russell Regional Airport on April 3-4.  With over 16 hours of exposure to Georgia including Metro-Atlanta, Tennessee and Alabama;  Rated North Georgia’s #1 rated family-friendly event the show represents the perfect opportunity for your company or organization to reach into these unique segments of consumer markets within a three-state region.

• Non-Retail (lead generation, no retail selling)
• Standard Exhibit Space: 10' x 10' ($1200) 
  • Larger Spaces Available upon request! 
• (4) Exhibit Worker and Parking Passes Included 
• Friday - Saturday Show Days (16+ Hours)
• Liability Insurance Required

Set-up/Load-In Day: Thursday, April 2, (1200 Noon - 5:00PM)  

Offical Show Days: Friday (3:00 pm - 9:00 pm) and Saturday (9:00AM - 5:00PM)
