AirShow Racing Series -- America’s only AirShow Racing Series featuring two sport class aircraft match racing side by side for three laps through a 5000’ slalom course traversing ten 50’ inflatable pylon markers with the winner taking the checkered flag at air show center.
After more than four-years of study & development, the air show racing model was completed. JLC fulfilled the air space needs required to create a safe and exciting public air show racing attraction at established North American air show venues.
JLC AirShow Management has satisfied the FAA formal accreditation process achieving complete air racing organizational status (sanctioned). JLC has joined the approved United States FAA recognized Air Race Organizations authorized to produce a public air racing event. With two sport class aircraft divisions approved (Super Sport & Extreme Sport), JLC has developed, tested and evaluated the finished product.
Next, JLC will be deploying the newest air show industry attraction -- “AirShow Racing Series Video”.
The 2022 Wings Over North Georgia air show will be host for the inagural air racing event with a full demo attraction added to the regular air show schedule. The 2023-24 AirShow Racing Series schedule model provides for a minimum of 8 air race events at key U.S. air show venues. The 2023 Championship AirShow Racing Series concludes with the the division class Champions being crowned at the final venue selected.
